Pons v2 · Robinhood Chain · dividends in stock
One treasury wallet deploys every coin here and shows as its dev. Every trade pays that treasury, and it spends the fees on a fixed schedule: burn at 20k, liquidity at 40k, real Robinhood stock to your holders at 60k. NVDA · RDDT · GLD · SPCX · QQQ · HIMS.

The whole machine, drawn out. If a launchpad can't show you this diagram, ask yourself why.
Connect a wallet, fill in the coin, sign one free message. The treasury pays the Pons launch fee, simulates the launch, and deploys your token on the Pons v2 factory in its own name, so Pons and every explorer show the same dev on every coin here.
How it works · 02 / 03
Pons charges 1% on every buy and sell. 70% of it is the creator share, paid in USDG into the Pons escrow and credited to the vault.
The treasury keeps a ledger per coin and spends each pot on the flywheel: a third buys and burns supply at 20k, half of the rest deepens liquidity at 40k, and at 60k everything left is swapped to your chosen stock on Uniswap v3 and airdropped to holders.
How it works · 03 / 03
At the 60k milestone the treasury airdrops the stock to every holder, pro rata to what they hold. Nothing to stake, nothing to claim, nothing to sign.
Balances are read from the chain the moment the milestone fires, and the stock lands in every wallet that holds the coin.
The flywheel
The launcher is programmed once and every coin it deploys follows the identical schedule. Nobody chooses, nobody negotiates, nobody skips a step.
By the time a coin is worth 60,000 USDG, every cent of creator fees it has earned has already been spent on those three things. Each milestone fires once, and the market cap it needs is a high-water mark, so a coin cannot be dumped and re-pumped to run the same leg twice. From then on all of its fees go to the holders.
A third of the fee pot buys the coin on its own market and sends it to the burn address. Supply goes down and never comes back.
Half of what is left is paired into the coin's Uniswap pool as a permanent full-range position. The vault has no code that can take it out again.
Everything still unallocated is swapped into the coin's stock and streamed to whoever staked it.

The vault
Each coin gets its own vault contract, created inside the launch transaction. It has no owner, no upgrade path and no withdraw function. Its only job is to turn the coin's fees into stock and hand that stock to stakers.

Built so you can't get rugged
At graduation the curve's reserves become a full-range Uniswap v4 position locked forever. No admin can pull it, including us.
Every coin is deployed by the same treasury wallet, every fee lands in it, and every burn, liquidity add and airdrop it makes is a public transaction from that one address.
Rewards are the official Robinhood stock tokens on Robinhood Chain, bought on the open market. What you claim is what you hold.
